The city and state government should work with the community to create and fund programs to motivate community leaders to rally the citys poor residents to partially help them solve some of their own problems instead of always looking for a free handout. Secondly, to not accept or tolerate crime in their neighborhood, thirdly to enforce home care training classes, and to also create career oriented employment and job training, and lastly, initiate innovative and alternative drug addiction programs.
